Error Reports

In addition to providing an AI writing assistant for business users, Sapling is also intended to help coach agents on customer-facing teams and to encourage continuous improvement.

Towards this goal, Sapling Enterprise provides error reports that categorize the most common language errors being made--for example, subject-verb agreement or tense errors--and also display instances of those errors in context.
